NewTeacher Evaluation Model
There's a lot of buzz about our new evaluation process. It's impacting daily lesson planning. I'm doing short version lesson plans for my own organization and then the full length plan for administrative evaluations. I was wandering what everyone else is doing... What are principals requiring? In my short version lesson plan for myself, I am including one spi in "I Can" format. I'm having trouble deciding on one spi for the first ten LLI lessons.

Hi, Jennifer. Was hoping we would all use this as a place to share ideas with each other and communicate more. I feel like one of the most fortunate people in the world because I LOVE what I do everyday. Reading with children, spending my day in The Reading Lab, and being a part of such an amazing team of teachers is more than I ever dreamed of. Does anyone have any new ideas for summer reading activities?
