NewTeacher Evaluation Model

There's a lot of buzz about our new evaluation process. It's impacting daily lesson planning. I'm doing short version lesson plans for my own organization and then the full length plan for administrative evaluations. I was wandering what everyone else is doing... What are principals requiring? In my short version lesson plan for myself, I am including one spi in "I Can" format. I'm having trouble deciding on one spi for the first ten LLI lessons.
